4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Returns Policy: Customized products are not eligible for refunds. We take great care to ensure that your custom orders meet the highest standards. However, if there is an error on our part, we are committed to correcting it.

4.2 Replacement for Company Errors: In the event of an error made by Texas elite graphics & signs, we will replace and correct the product at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order to report any errors.

4.3 Customer Responsibility for Errors: If the error is a result of information provided by the customer during the ordering process, we are not responsible for the mistake. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including design, colors, and sizing, before confirming the order.

4.4 Deposits are Non-Refundable: Deposits made for custom orders are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, it is considered a commitment to proceed with the order, and resources are allocated accordingly.

4.5 Return Process for Company Errors: If you receive a product with an error that is our responsibility, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on the return process, and upon verification of the error, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

4.6 Return Deadline: Any reports of errors and requests for replacements must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.

4.7 Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4.8 Refusal of Refunds: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return criteria or if we determine that the error is not attributable to Texas elite graphics & signs
