4.2 Replacement for Company Errors: In the event of an error made by Texas elite graphics & signs, we will replace and correct the product at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order to report any errors.

4.3 Customer Responsibility for Errors: If the error is a result of information provided by the customer during the ordering process, we are not responsible for the mistake. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including design, colors, and sizing, before confirming the order.

5.4 Production Start: Production will commence only after we receive your explicit approval of the provided mockup.

5.5 Changes After Approval: Once the mockup is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. Any modifications requested after approval may incur additional charges.
