This allows us to deliver consistent quality, predictable turnaround, and reliable reorders — without retail delays or hand-holding.

How Bulk Pricing Works

• Pricing is based on full sheet production efficiency

• Larger quantities reduce setup and waste

• Bulk pricing assumes one design per run

• Artwork is saved for fast reorders

We do not negotiate per-sign pricing or customize retail quantities.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround is based on batch production, not retail rush printing.

Turnaround begins after payment and artwork approval.

Rush Production

Rush availability is limited and dependent on current production load.

• Rush may be available for 10–50 quantities

• No guaranteed rush for 100+ production runs

Print-Ready Artwork Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Bulk pricing requires print-ready files.

Accepted formats:

• PDF (preferred)

• AI / EPS

• PSD
• JPG

Requirements:

• Correct size with bleed included

• CMYK color mode

• Final artwork only (no drafts)

We do not redesign, proof, or correct files for bulk production pricing.
Files are printed as submitted. Art fees will be charged for artwork edits.

Design Count Policy

Bulk pricing assumes one design per production run.

• Multiple designs may affect pricing and turnaround

• Mixed designs are not guaranteed to qualify for bulk tiers

If you need multiple designs, submit details for review before ordering.

Payment & Production Policy

• Payment is required before production begins

• Production starts only after artwork approval

• Orders are scheduled once both are received

Unpaid or incomplete orders are not queued.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup notification is sent when complete

• Contractor-friendly pickup available

• Delivery available for bulk orders (quoted separately)

Large production runs may require scheduled pickup or delivery coordination.

Reorders

Artwork is saved for fast reorders.

If you’ve ordered before, simply reference your previous job and quantity — no resubmission required.
